This is my tattoo. I got it on my eighteenth birthday, July 31st, right after the seventh and final book was released. The fact that I share the same birthday as Harry Potter makes me explode a little bit inside. For my twenty-first, I'm going go all out and finally have a themed birthday party. Castle bounce house, butterbeer, licorice wands, and costumes included.

I adore Harry Potter more than most people I will ever meet.

With autumn fast approaching, (or not nearly enough in this Texas heat) I've become increasingly obsessed with anything and everything studded and spiked with animalistic rings and necklaces. I've never been big on jewelry, but I can't resist.

I think I reached the defining moment in my life when I realized that at seven years old, everything was going to be okay just as long as I was building character.
